  1. Overview This website provides information about my books, whitepapers and talks. It has no customer accounts, no shop and no contact form. I process personal data only as far as needed to run the website, to measure reach with your consent, or to answer your enquiries.
  1. Hosting This website runs on the Gamma service. The provider is Gamma Tech, Inc., 2261 Market Street #4544, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA. When you visit the website, the provider processes technically necessary data in server log files. This includes your IP address, the date and time of access, the page requested, the page you visited before (referrer), and information about your browser and operating system. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR. My legitimate interest is delivering the website securely and without errors. Because the provider is based in the USA, data may be transferred to the USA. According to the provider, this takes place on the basis of standard contractual clauses of the European Commission.

The email service is operated through IONOS (Titan Mail).
